This is one of several Government Improved Greens that I have, and I've been told that this looks like Louisiana-90. It is an aqua colored cane which produces an almost lime-green juice. It makes a large, upright, sturdy stalk, one of which won the Blue Ribbon at Dothan, Alabama's 2001 Peanut Festival Fair. It has a delicious juice, but is too dense to enjoy chewing. I just can not tell you how beautiful a row of this cane is. |
